To commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year of 2012, Nocton village, near Lincoln, UK, will be hosting special events throughout the whole year.
Each village club/society/association has been asked to notify us of their individual events next year, and under the 'Nocton Festival 2012' umbrella we hope to help advertise these events, not only here on the website, but on our facebook page, in the "Nocton Doodle" and on the 3 banners on the entrances to Nocton village. The intention is that every member of our community has a chance to celebrate with others, just as Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will do, as she marks 60 years as our monarch.
There will be lots of things to get involved in and you are assured of a very warm welcome at whichever event you choose to attend or take part in.
